Each massage is personalized, using techniques and pressure appropriate to your needs and preferences, so that your body, mind and spirit can ease into a place of comfort and relaxation.

You will receive your massage in a quiet, peaceful  environment with soothing music, and low lighting.

Before your first massage, you will fill out a brief and confidential health history and together we will determine goals for your session.

Your massage will likely include many types of bodywork depending on what you wish to accomplish. Each massage is tailored to your needs.

You will undress in privacy to your level of comfort .  You will always be draped or covered with sheeting or a blanket during a session. Only areas being worked on will be exposed. All massage is of a therapeutic nature.

You can always count on fresh, clean linens, and an exquisitely padded, heated, oversized table . The addition of an arm rest can add extra width to the table for your comfort.The table is an electric lift, so it can be adjusted in a variety of ways. U4ia is also handicap accessible.

You can choose from a massage cream, jojoba oil, or wildcrafted shea butter. All products are organic .You can also have a moist heating pad applied to your back and I have arnica and analgesic aromatherapy oil available at no extra charge .

The time is all about you .You may drift off, engage in conversation, or silently zone out as you wish. Your comfort is key and you are always encouraged to communicate your wishes as the massage progresses. Need an extra blanket, music or pressure adjustments? Just let me know.

After your massage , you will dress in privacy. You will be given a glass of spring water and you can schedule your next appointment, or you can simply ease out the door and contact me as needed.
